If you are going to use the USPS First Class International shipping option(Cheapest) there are a couple important factors to consider: USPS First Class International is a great and affordable option but it does NOT provide any kind of tracking number. Once the package is delivered to the post office it is completely out of Gadget Factories hands and there is absolutely no way to find out what is going on with it. The majority of packages arrive in 6-10 days but there is an appreciable amount of packages that are delayed. We have yet to see a package not arrive, but some have taken up to 45 days to make their way through customs(Vat taxers,etc). All International shipments are insured so packages that do not arrive will be refunded or replaced after a 45 day waiting period. If you need a tracking number or are not prepared to wait up to a month please choose one of the more expensive shipping options or look for one of our International distributors.
The Flat Rate shipping method is a catch all for when the USPS shipping module cannot automatically calculate the shipping options. We do not recommend using this option unless it is the only option available. If Flat Rate is selected then USPS First Class will be used in the United States and USPS First Class International will be used for International shipments. There is no tracking information provided with the International option.

First class takes 2-5 days
Priority takes 2-3 days
Express takes 1-2 days
You may return most new, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
