Papilio Platform 16-bit I/O Buffer Wing (BPW5015-IO)

This Wing provides a 16-bit, 5V tolerant bidirectional buffer for the Papilio Platform boards and the Open Bench Logic Sniffer.

This is the new and improved 1.3 version that uses the 5V Texas Instruments SN74CBT16245 to correctly limits input voltages to 3.3V.
